One valid photo ID is required and will be held for security deposit purposes, and returned upon check-out.

To ensure full transparency and avoid any disputes later, a price and time agreement must be signed at check-in to confirm the hourly rate and starting time.​​

All ages are welcome. Age 5+ will be counted as one person.

If the actual total # of people exceeds the maximum capacity allowance in the room, the rate for the larger group size will apply.

Minimum charge is 1 hour per room, with subsequent charges calculated in 15-minute increments.​​

A 15% service charge​ will apply before any discounts. It's our version of a tip-100% goes to staff. No extra tipping needed, and it helps guests avoid the discomfort or pressure of writing a tip amount at the counter or in front of staff.
