ARRIVAL & RESERVATION

• Please arrive on time or early.

• If your party is more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled or charged.

• Minimum charge is 1 hour per room; additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.

RATES & ROOM CAPACITY

• The final rate will be based on either room size or total number of people, with the higher rate applied.

• If the total number of people exceeds the room’s maximum capacity, the rate for the larger group size will apply.

• All ages are welcome. Guests aged 5 and older count as one person.

CHECK-OUT TIME

• Check-out will be based on the time you leave the room, regardless of whether karaoke is being used.

IDENTIFICATION & AGREEMENT

• One valid photo ID is required and will be held as a security deposit, returned at check-out.

• A price and time agreement must be signed at check-in to confirm the hourly rate and starting time. This ensures transparency and avoids disputes later.

SERVICE CHARGE

• A 15% service charge applies before any discounts.

  • This functions as our version of a tip — 100% goes to staff.

  • No additional tipping is needed, helping guests avoid the discomfort or pressure of writing a tip amount in front of staff.

FOOD & DRINKS

• Outside food (including birthday cakes) and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome.
  No shell-type snacks (e.g., sunflower seeds, peanuts).

BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

• Please contact us to confirm the duration of your reservation. The system can only reserve a default duration based on the group size.

FOR PARTIES OF MORE THAN 8 GUESTS ONLY:

• A $100 fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or arriving with fewer guests and choosing not to use the reserved room. To avoid this fee, you may use the reserved room for the first hour and then move to a smaller room if available. A non-refundable $1 test charge may appear on your statement to verify the card.
