There are no hidden room fees.

Guests are welcome to ask questions before signing the agreement.

🔢 HOURLY RATES

​

Final hourly rate is determined by the higher of Guest Count Tier or Assigned Room Tier

This rule applies to all reservations and walk-ins.

Room assignments are based on availability.

*All ages are welcome. Guests aged 5 and older count toward the total guest count.

👥GROUP SIZE CHANGES DURING VISIT
Room rates are based on the total number of guests at any given time.
• If additional guests join after check-in and the group exceeds the original capacity or pricing tier, the hourly rate will adjust accordingly.
• Rate adjustments begin at the time the group size increases and are applied prospectively.
• To ensure accurate billing, guests must notify the front desk immediately when additional guests join.
• If the exact timing of a group size increase is not reported or cannot be verified, the adjusted rate may be applied to the entire session.​

📅 RESERVATION

 

Reservations secure:

• Room availability

• Standard duration based on group size

• Rate based on the guest count entered at booking

If a different room tier is assigned or requested, pricing will be determined based on the higher of the Guest Count Tier or the Assigned Room Tier..

Before entering the room:

• The hourly rate is confirmed

• Guests may review and decide

• A Price & Time Agreement must be signed

Guests may review and proceed or decline before signing.

🚶 WALK-IN guests

 

Walk-in guests may:

• Wait for a preferred room size and its corresponding rate, OR

• Take the next available room at the applicable rate.

All rates follow the standard pricing rule based on guest count or assigned room tier.

🕒 ARRIVAL POLICY

 

Please arrive on time.  

Late arrival does not extend the reserved time or reduce applicable charges.

If your party is more than 15 minutes late, the reservation may be canceled or charged according to policy.

 

⏳ MINIMUM BILLING

​

• Minimum charge: 1 hour per room

• Additional time billed in 15-minute increments

• Check-out time is based on when the room is vacated, regardless of whether karaoke is being used.

 

📝 CHECK-IN AGREEMENT

​

Before entering the room:

• The applicable Hourly rate is confirmed

• Start time is confirmed and recorded

• A Price & Time Agreement is signed

 

Guests may proceed or decline before signing.

By signing, guests acknowledge and agree to the confirmed hourly rate, start time, and that rates may adjust if if additional guests join during the visit, according to posted policy.

One valid photo ID is required and held as a security deposit, returned at check-out.

 

🍰 FOOD & DRINK POLICY

 

✔ Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks welcome
✔ Birthday cakes allowed
✖ No shell-type snacks (e.g., sunflower seeds, peanuts)

 

💵 SERVICE CHARGE

 

A 15% service charge applies before any discounts.

• 100% distributed to employees

• No additional tipping required

This helps guests avoid the discomfort of writing a tip amount in front of staff.

 

🧾 No Sales Tax on Room Time

 

Room time is not subject to sales tax under California law.

Sales tax applies only to food and beverages.

Receipts clearly separate taxable and non-taxable items.

🎉 LARGE GROUP POLICY (9+ GUESTS)

​

• Applies to reservations of 9 guests or more.

• A $100 pre-authorization is required to secure the reservation (a non-refundable $1 verification charge may appear)

• It is not charged at booking.

• It applies only to cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.

• If you arrive with fewer guests and choose not to use the reserved room, you may avoid the $100 charge by using the room for at least one hour. After one hour, you may request a smaller room if available. If approved, the lower room rate will apply from the time of transfer. All room changes are subject to availability.

 

🧾 ONLINE BOOKING CONFIRMATION
